If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days to return it.

You can return your orders for free whenever there is a defect or tare in the item received. In case you want to return your order for other reasons, you will be charged for shipping costs.

It is imperative that the products are returned properly packaged, preferably in their original packaging, and that they retain the original labeling and have not been used or handled.

Defective products

If any item presents any defect, we will assume all shipping costs roundtrip.

In this case, in the "Reason for return" field, you must indicate that it is a return of defective products.

When your order arrives back at our warehouse, we will inspect the products to verify that it is a defect and we will refund the amount of your purchase.

Return procedure

To return your order, you can go to "My account/Order history", and there, click on "Make a return" in the order you wish to return.

If the country is Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Austria or Belgium, you have the option to request a return label.

If you prefer to send the package by your own means, we will indicate the destination address by email, but remember that you must use a parcel service that provides a tracking number.

As soon as we receive the returned products, we will refund the amount of the same, excluding shipping costs. If any item has any defect, we will assume all shipping costs, both the return, which will be returned in full, and the return.

We will only accept returns that comply with the following:

  • The product must be in the same state in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling.
  • The shipment must be made using the same cardboard protective box or bag in which it has been received to protect the product. If this is not possible, it must be returned in a packaging of similar characteristics in order to guarantee the protection of the product during transport.
  • The product must be free of any use or modification. This means that it has not been used, washed or altered.

If you have returned a product that does not meet the above conditions, the refund will be denied and you can have the package at your home again paying the shipping costs.

It is your responsibility to make the package arrive in perfect condition, making sure that the packaging correctly protects the returned items, without risk of being damaged, as well as that the package arrives at the address indicated for the return.
